Literacy standards - digital learners
Description of committee process in formulating..common elements..using existing elements & standards..considered audience..standards. During the presentation participants talked & discussed sections of the document - (short on handouts) posted on NYLA website however. Broken down then into skills —dispositions / assessments. I would have prefered less “publicity” in document for library to broaden it’s appeal to all areas of curriculum, however I know we strive to be mentioned and thought of at all. I just don’t want it to be seen as a “library only” document. I was not an asset in the discussion sections - my voice is still unhappy!
